The proposed development includes a phased high-rise mixed-use master plan, consisting of buildings with planned building heights between 12 storeys to 28 storeys. the proposal includes the construction of both public and private streets, including both public park space and privately-owned publicly accessible space.

If this sort of thing becomes normal on Highway 7, the Rapidway might not be an adequate transit solution.
