Application Details
The proposed development of the subject site comprises a 14-storey, 18,201 square metre, 190-unit residential apartment building. The ground floor of the proposed development contains a series of amenity areas, the building lobby, mail room, moving room, and garbage room. At the rear are accessible parking spaces, lay by areas for pick up/drop off, and short term bicycle parking. Residential units are proposed from floors 2 through 14, inclusive. A total of 10 two- and three-bedroom rental townhouse units are currently located on the subject site. Nine of these units are rented at an affordable level. All 10 units are proposed to be demolished.
