I really love how despite the images that try and convince us that dynamic facades are coming on the north and (to a lesser degree) south, the east and west are the same utter garbage Kirkor window wall detail that we'll certainly loath for many years after the project is complete.

looks like just another non-descript apartment building. Don't we have enough of those? Proximity to the Yonge subway line is its only saving grace.

I was curious about this project (since I used to work in the current building); apparently there was an OLT order about it in July 2021. I couldn't locate the order, but the city passed a by-law in October : http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/bylaws/2021/law0883.pdf
