Option 2 by a mile, in my opinion. Looks like something a danish firm would do. But let's be real, this is being handled by the masterminds that brought us the waterfront innovation centre & YC condos.
Option 2? As if one couldn't scream louder they've just copied BIG for inspirations - awkwardly at that - and then counting on G+C to execute? They should just stick with mastering walking first instead of going straight for running.
Let's be honest, we all know Canderel has gone with Option 3, but they're including "Option 1" and "Option 2" just to say that they considered other options before going through with the development.
If they're going to build their garbage in this city, can they just choose some inconspicuous location where their product will be completely hidden from view? It's not like we dont already know what kind of trash to expect out of the Canderel and G+C duo.
Rogers has now left the building - it appears to be completely empty - all signage of the Rogers channels has been removed from the exterior of the building, as have all the satellite dishes that were on the roof. First photo - a naked rooftop, the second one shows details of the west facade of the building, empty offices visible through the windows, and a blanked-out sign in front of the building.
