So it looks like we have a shift in material palette and expression in an effort to mollify the neighbours.

The addition has gone from black/charcoal brick to a more conventional brown; and the rather abstract window arrangement is out in favour of something a bit more conventional.
 
As a neighbour of this development, I'm definitely a fan — bring it on. The recently submitted plans seem tasteful and refined and the folks at ERA have a stellar reputation with heritage conservation. Emailing my councillor to voice support — Broadview Ave is perfectly suited to add more neighbours.
 
New renderings are updated in the database! The only information changed in the project is the total parking spaces from 2 parking spaces to 1 parking space. The unit count remains the same at 15. And the overall building height remains at 13.13m.
