Updated project description:

Proposal to construct a new mixed-use infill development consisting of two 6-storey apartment buildings with a total of 28 rental units, connected by a courtyard. The first 6-storey apartment building with commercial at grade will front onto Dundas St W and the second 6-storey apartment building will front the rear public lane. There will be 4 at-grade parking spaces provided and accessed through the rear public lane.

I would love to see more of these along main streets all across the city.

Would be nice if the city could find some way of incentivizing them: perhaps by having a quick turnaround to approval, having ‘standard’ designs, etc

New elevation drawings are updated in the database. The total units changed from 28 units to 22 units. Finally, the total parking space changed from 4 parking to 9 parking.

Elevation drawings were taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan Approval.
