Can't wait to see this building get built! Love the way they sliced the Victorian buildings in half to make way for this development as seen in the photos up above !

It would be about a year before this development starts to climb above grade. After shoring, digging then developing the basement floors hummm!

I was wondering how they where going to fit such an elongated floor plate into to that appearance of a tiny parking lot space every time I've walked by there.Time and relative dimension in space? Now that they've cut the original heritage portion almost up to the facade, I am starting see they'll pull this off without having to apply string theory or something. And for what that's worth...
