This looks like it was originally planned for Liberty Village, but the millenials living in shoebox cardboard cupboards sold as 'condos' went, 'Nahh, not quite up to standard for this area. Send 'er out east somewhere.'
 
And people love to trash aA but Vox next door is miles ahead of this garbage. Say what you will, but aA, at a minimum, is competent.*

This would be decent enough if they had used somewhat darker balcony glass to highlight the patterns and clad the podium trims (soffit) in wood as per the renderings

Has less to do with the Architect and more to do with the builder. Plaza has a track record of building these kinds of projects. They completely ruined a pretty nice design. I hope they're reading this.

A real miss not using cloure glazing for the balconies framing in place of the "what you call it". Maybe they will fix that problem down the road when time comes to upgrade the building.

It must look like broken glass from the interior when looking out. Just horrible. The 'branches' look like super cheap poles.
