I am really anxious about how they plan on cladding the mechanical penthouse... I could look it up, but if there's anything certain is that buildings rarely end up the way they're promised.

it is impeccably bad... It looks like the building was pelted with hail and the glass broke....
They should have stuck with the Zig Zag throughout as they did on that middle floor.... yikes.

It took me a while to realize the glass wasn't still covered in protective film of some sort.

im confused. so they are not going to use that white zig zag marble patterned material on the balconies that they showed in the renders.

I'd guess that they are still going to do the zig zag, and you can see where there are gaps in the balcony glass, likely to be used for that element. Looks a bit odd right now I agree, but this could just be an interesting accent to the final design. I'm going to reserve judgement for now.
