It wasn't immediately obvious to me which of the buildings in the cluster of proposals near Kipling station this one was in that top rendering, so I did the math, and it's this one with the white and gray panels on the north side:
That aerial rendering is very interesting to see. It doesn't include any of the future developments east of Kipling or the civic centre though. It's amazing the amount of change that will be happening in this area over the next few years!
No new renderings are updated in the database. The total unit count increased from 405 units to 434 units. Height changed from 131.95m to 126.35m. Finally, the whole bike parking changed from 305 bike parking to 329 bike parking.

Dropping the height of this building by 5.6m while maintaining the same number of storeys is the result of shortening the height of every floor from 3m to 2.8m. Not sure if the height has dropped to avoid shadowing something, or if it's just a way to reduce costs on this building, but this isn't the only plan to have done that lately, and it looks like the days of 9 foot ceilings may be over, and we're going back closer to 8 feet.
