The proposal includes 73 residential units and 455 sqm of ground floor retail. A total of 97 parking spaces at and below-grade, and 26 bicycle spaces.
The site is currently 4 separate residential plots, 3 of which have single-family dwellings, the 4th has a small multi-unit building (looks like 4, maybe 6 units)
