I know the owner is lobbying the city to relax zoning by-laws for their various sites including at Yonge and Carlton--2 Carlton--however this is an excellent site for something tall.
So this thread is basically about nothing.
Ahh i don't know?, either way he has been correct on a lot more things than youI think urban is dreaming. Excellent site? Perhaps if there wasn't a million square feet of class A space already on it. I don't think the deluded owner of 2 Carlton owns this either. Where are you getting this?
It would likely be tremendously difficult to achieve any meaningful height on this site, given the Old City Hall view corridor up Bay Street.
