March 8th, hoarding has been put up around the site. Not sure why it says Greenpark Group though. Maybe it changed developers.

Edit: looks like Rione Development Corp is just Greenpark. Source. Database should probably be updated.

Saw an excavator on site today, but building permits are still under review (and marketing of the building hasn't even started yet...)

Passed by here today, no pictures but they have definitley started excavation for the site, possibly for site servicing? Building permits are still under review.

This one actually hasn't started marketing at all... But the permits are still being pursued and there was some excavation recently, so I'm not sure about what the plan for it is. Maybe rental?
