Is this all of the houses on that corner? Because the development portal seems to indicate that the farthest west property isn't included.

Definitely excited to see aA have a go at a nice little mid-rise office. I think the Terrence Donnelly Centre is one of the more underrated buildings in the city (though I think there was a European partner of some sort on that).

Behnisch Architekten (of Munich Olympic Stadium fame). I think aA may have took some of the learnings from the CCBR project and applied it to the Brock U lab building.

Utterly bland office box.

This involves completely demolishing the only nice Victorian house at the corner (built in 1880).

Interesting, reading the heritage assessment... the developer basically explains away the significance of the buildings by saying that they were included in the King-Spadina heritage conservation district as an example of Victorian High Gothic architecture, but because they were never added to the heritage register, they can't be that important. Oh well!

Given the already proposed office building initiatives for Adelaide west of Spadina - Allied's proposed project at 379 - 391 Adelaide Street West, and YAD Development's building at 457 Adelaide Street West (through to 590 King Street West) - wouldn't a more appropriate title for the feature article be: 'ANOTHER Mid Rise Office Tower Proposed on Adelaide West of Spadina'?
