From what I understand the Archdiocese is also a partner in this project. I do not believe they are selling the site off completely.

Site was sold but strict size and site placement allowances for the new church were secured as part of the sale.

Some of the submissions the Church (and their consultants) made during the Midtown in Focus/OPA 405 process alluded to this. Interesting to see it come through.
