Comments: Height is fine. But the grade-level looks atrocious! Both the retail and residential entrance are worse than forgettable, they're memorably ugly and awkward looking.
Also, no street trees proposed, not crazy about that.

Love the height, but agree with @Northern Light on everything else. Also not convinced by the colour.
