The City of Toronto Planning Division has received an application to amend the Zoning By-law for the lands located at 4280, 4282, 4284, 4286 and 4288 Kingston Road. The proposal seeks to redevelop the subject lands with a 9-storey (plus mechanical penthouse) residential development. The proposed development will result in 10,144 m2 of gross floor area, resulting with a Floor Space Index of 3.58 across. The proposal will consist of approximately 148 residential units consisting of 24 studio units (16%), 69 one bedroom units (46%), 40 two-bedroom units (27%), and 15 three-bedroom units (10%). A total of 73 parking spaces are proposed including 14 retail surface car parking spaces with the remaining spaces provided within one underground level including 5 accessible parking spaces.
