I don’t like how this most recent version strips away some of the subtle articulation and detailing of the 2nd and 3rd floors, the mechanical PH and the wall along the lot line. It’s still a decent design and respectful to the heritage building, but I’d like to see interesting detailing of the new building, it’s just lacking in something.
