I wonder what the quality is going to be like. They are trying to make this upscale but indications from past building i.e. Core Condos does not quite fit this vision. It will be interesting to see how CenterCourt steps up to the plate if at all.

CentreCourt also did Karma and Peter Street Condos, which are both pretty nice looking

Core Condos was not a luxury project - it was aimed at students with low psf and small units, plus the location doesn't exactly demand a premium for downtown. This is a different location, pricepoint, etc.
