Just noticed that a wax bar is due to open in the smaller retail space (I believe it's the southernmost).

Core Condos was not a luxury project - it was aimed at students with low psf and small units, plus the location doesn't exactly demand a premium for downtown. This is a different location, pricepoint, etc.

Core Condos is just around the corner from this project. Largest unit is 775 sq ft.

They are only about a 10 minute walk apart, but the neighbourhoods are very different.
