Small, but interesting project. Does anyone know of any similar projects going on? Are these rental units?

Are these triplexes typically owned by a private individual or by a larger company? I see a lot of them, but unlike a standard rental tower, I can never seem to find a sign on the front property providing information on the building or who manages them.

New elevation drawings are updated in the database. The drawings are taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning. Total height changed from 7.80m to 6.74m. Finally, the total storey count changed from 3 storey to 2 storey.
