The total overall building heights changed from 132.81m & 85.20m to 106.50m & 59.70m. Additionally, the total unit counts increased from 548 units to 725 units. Finally, the total parking count decreased from 646 parking spaces to 496 parking spaces.

Why is this development seemingly stuck in development hell? This thread started in 2010 and the site is exactly the same, with no timeline for construction in 2022. It's at Yonge and York Mills. Right right on the corner, how hard is it to obtain approval?
