Extremely weird resubmission on this one. It's now a pseudo rooming house. Almost entirely studios and 4 bedrooms...which they'll position to investor landlords as bedrooms with a shared kitchen. How much do we want to bet there won't be any 'No short term rental' rules here?

New rendering update in the database. The height changed from 37.73m to 34.80m. The total unit count changed from 216 units to 260 units. Finally, total parking space count changed from 21 parking to 23 parking.

SMH, wait til @ProjectEnd see the unit breakdown now......
They squeezed in another 14 units - height unchanged
@Art Tsai will have to see if any other details were tweaked.
Of note, this one will not see action all that soon; the Approval comes with an "H"
