I’m going to guess a year until floor 47 is hit, then a year and three months until the plaza releases the lowest floors for occupancy. I’m just a layperson though, a construction manager would know infinitely more.

Interesting that they are doing precast for the tower portion. Was expecting the window wall with metal panel inlays similar to Riu. Plaza and BDP increasing the quality on this one.

How / why are they reducing the number of parking spaces in an already-completed garage?

Its a 2 space reduction, offset by an increase in bike parking.

Additionally:

The parking here was required at a rate of 0.15 spaces per unit in the by-law.

The additional units proposed would trigger a demand for additional spaces if there were no variance.

What is being sought is to reduce the requirement to 0.14 spaces per unit.
