This is horrendous. Much worse than the previous iteration. No sense of proportion, no relationship to the formal or material language of the neighbourhood or the city. And a terrible composition.

Why are all the condo production firms leaning into these overscaled, glitchy cladding elements? How can we make them stop?
 
The gods must a huge barcode reader up in the sky…. 🙀
