^I seem to remember you where okay with T&S despite it's well demonstrated overbearing massing to the surrounding neighbourhood. So I should be the one asking "Why?" here.

This is horrendous. Much worse than the previous iteration. No sense of proportion, no relationship to the formal or material language of the neighbourhood or the city. And a terrible composition.
Why are all the condo production firms leaning into these overscaled, glitchy cladding elements? How can we make them stop?
