Is this completed?
The high rise is fully occupied (save for the commercial space) and is expected to be registered shortly. Three of the four townhome rows are occupied with the fourth row being occupied throughout October and November. Landscaping is close to complete (should be done by next week).

All that needs to be done after that is the splash pad for the city at the north east end, which I think will be done after everything else is completed.

How are the townhome residents access the parking lot? specially the last one which is a bit far from the main condo? Is there an underground pathway?

“This incident occurred in an area of the building that is not accessible to the public, and for which the City of Toronto has yet to provide authority to occupy,” the statement said.
“Should the City issue an order following the completion of its investigation and proceed to prosecution, a court could choose to impose a fine,” it added.
Diamond Kilmer did not respond to a followup inquiry on the city’s statement, nor did it comment on if anyone was using the gym at the time of the collapse, by Friday morning.

I suspect the building's insurance is going to go up as well, which will likely mean increased monthly maintenance?
