I've used some of the first Dymon locations back when I was in Ottawa, and they truly are far superior to any other self-storage. Given the rate of condo development in the GTA, I can only imagine this is a growth business.

Dymon seems to think so too. I found this 2015 press release on their website stating their intention was to build 80 facilities in Toronto representing 10 million square feet over the next 10 years.

If the reality is even a fraction as ambitious, expect to see more development applications like this one...
 
Self storage is certianly booming. There is a huge amount of applications for new buildings in front of the city right now.

Yea there is a development similar to this one on Salem road in Ajax now. Dymon is doing their thing.
