To convert the existing two-and-one-half-storey commercial building (eating establishment) into a mixed-use building by constructing a rear five-storey addition. This altered building will contain one non-residential unit (including one bar/pub, and five office spaces), one residential dwelling unit (to be located on the fifth storey), side (west) third and fourth storey terraces, a side (east) fifth storey terraces, a rear parking pad (for one visitor parking space and one accessible parking space), and a rear yard ancillary building (waste and recyclable material storage shed). This existing building is a heritage building.
