"Proposed one-storey addition to existing transport warehouse. The addition measures 9.80 metres in height and 2,214 square metres in added Gross Floor Area (GFA). The addition occurs on the north side of the existing facility. The height of the existing warehouse is 7.80 metres. The existing GFA is 3,086 square metres. The proposed total GFA for the facility is 5,300 square metres. The subject site is a "Flag Lot" with a small frontage along Horner Avenue. Access to the site is via the north/south driveway extending from Horner Avenue south to the site. A total of 90 parking spaces are proposed (60 office use and 30 industrial use). There are 2 proposed loading spaces. The warehouse will be for storing goods from their transport vehicles."

The only update in the database is the height changed from 11.60m to 9.52m. The architect of the project changed from Grinham Architects to Pearce Mccluskey Architects.
