Really excited to see this one done. I don't think it will be pretty, but this area could really use a wider sidewalk and some trees. I do wonder if trees will be held off until LRT is completed though. Walls for floor 16 are being worked on, 9 to go it appears? Today:

This site could have been utilized so much better. Having surface parking adjacent to a downtown LRT stop should be criminal.

I know it might be too much to ask for great architecture from a Vrancor... but my Lord! I can't wait for the day architects and developers kick their obsession with AutoCAD's PressPull command!
