No decision was made this morning at the Case Management Conference virtual meeting, and there will be a 2nd one to be held at 10am on Jan. 16, 2025.

From this morning's OLT Case Management meeting #2, both parties have agreed to a formal 10-day Hearing that has been set for Sept. 15 to Sept. 26, 2025. On or before Sept 2, 2025 the procedural list for the hearing will be published. The OLT Chair stated right at the end of the meeting that both parties should explore the "mediation process" that's available to them, and to try and resolve their issues, thus not requiring a Hearing.

Keep checking the Case Information link, however there still isn't a final decision on this one as of yet....I guess any day now, we should see something posted.

there's some work being done in there but really depends on if it has anything to do with the condos or not.
