I like the vertical solidity of the side shear walls- you don't see buildings doing much of that these days.

I agree that I like the solid side walls. But it would have been more appreciated if they were a richer more interesting colour.

I saw a bunch of the panels on a flatbed truck a few weeks ago and up close they’re just a sandblasted/coarse concrete finish, and they didn’t seem to have any kind of coating so they should patina over time. Good candidate for a large scale mural imo.
