Guess 4 Seasons Hotel will be handing out noise cancelling head-phones for guests during the next 3/4 years. Boom city ... bet everyone downtown (residents and visitors) have to live with a construction noise soundtrack. Even blocks away from a project there will be build "echoes" of course.

Just a note, but the latest plans show a max height of 215m to the top of the mechanical penthouse. Could we have the thread updated?
