Another proposed residential development in the Trafalgar Urban Core area in Oakville. Development application can be found here. Designed by Graziani + Corazza for a partnership between New Horizon Development Group and Wyatt Development Group. This development is 2 phased, the first being two 30 storey towers along with townhomes, and the second being two 14 storey towers further east, past a natural heritage system.

Phase 1 will have a total of 826 units, and phase 2 will have a total of 463 units.

Renders (I'm not sure why but in the renders the southern 30 storey tower is very clearly shorter, but in the plans they are both meant to be the same height...):

In a June 2025 resubmission, they altered the heights of the towers in phase 1 a bit. The southern tower is now 27 storeys and 84.7 m tall. The northern tower is now 33 storeys and 102.7m tall. Also worth noting that there are 6 live/work units planned, so there will be some mixed use. No new renderings, but there are some updated architectural drawings here.

At the November 17th Planning and Development Council meeting, this development was officially approved by town council at revised heights of 30 and 27 storeys instead of 33 and 27. The density remains the same, however, with units being redistributed to the shorter tower by increasing its floor place.
