B- In the new submissions these areas are still 4 story buildings?
C- Overall, where is this project now? Ground to be broken by when probably?

In post #50, you'll see what the last proposal from October 2019 looked like. (It's quite different from what you have posted.) The City refused it. There's no mention of an OLT appeal on the City's website, nor a record of one of the OLT's website… so for the moment, this is stalled until the landowner has a new plan they want to try out.

Meanwhile, looking up 'Bogert' on either the OLT's Case Status or Decisions pages turns up nothing for 325 Bogert, so I'm glad you have a link for it then. Thanks!

Haha no worries. Sorry, I meant "not true" as in it's not stalled. Funny that the City is not including a link on their portal to this decision though.
