Maybe it's just the picture but they look pretty low. It really wouldn't have been that difficult to put in a few black metal benches in a couple places. Much better to sit on/eat lunch/relax for a bit.

OT - The monoliths are way too thick - if it is truly a proper homage, they'd be have a d/w/h ratio of 1:4:9.

This place does not feel like an inviting park. It feels like it is a walkway/entrance for residents of the condo and not for the general public.
