The off-centered and unaligned window arrangement really irks me, I find it so unsettling to look at. God forbid we just rebuilt and matched the old Edwardian facade. Instead it has to look like a toddler was given AutoCAD.

So they are really motoring along! A few tidbits after running into one of the partners. The café in the front unit is going to be called Miscellaneous and the design, also by Studio AC, is stunning! They hope to roll a few more out and they have partnered with a firm in LA.

The units are deluxe and really well-thought out with tons of natural light! And the location on both a great pedestrian street and a quieter schoolyard is perfect.

These guys are just getting going so expect to hear more soon about Dovercourt and Queen!
