The one with the curve, housing the Long & McQuade Pro Shop at the ground level? I quite like that building.

I'm not 100% sure when this happened, but it looks like the developer has changed the colour scheme in the latest architectural plans to black / bronze aluminum cladding. I like it.

If that's going to be the colour scheme, it's certainly an improvement. The impression of bulk for its own sake remains.

I'm not convinced by the latest rendering that this is being value engineered so much as just getting a final look: there are fewer mullions on the windows now, so larger panes of glass which are more expensive (and look better), and if that's brick-embedded precast panels that they'll be facing the non-black portion with, that looks like a step up to me too. I'd like to see some of that at ground level too though, so here's hoping the final design improves on how the building meets the street.

Docs say bronze aluminum for the coloured bits and dark window wall for the dark bits and iron spot brick at the base.

the render posted earlier is a lot more orange looking vs these elevations.
