This is a better rendering than the last one creating that antique modern feel ! I love the rounded corners with the antique molding on top with columns and pane glass look for the windows etc .

This one has some amendments to it, via a settlement offer intended as an amicable jointly supportable submission to the OLT coming to next week's Council meeting.

The report is here: https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2021/cc/bgrd/backgroundfile-174158.pdf

From said report, a table comparing the various iterations:

There is also a link to new architectural plans submitted in June:

Not like this is a new complaint, but… six and a half years to get approval?! It's simply insane how long it takes projects, even relatively modest ones like this, to get approved. Here, one storey has been lopped off the building, but the building itself is 6.6% larger. What has been gained over so many years? This should have been built and occupied by now.
