Interesting if that's what actually happens, that alternating brick colour. Could be austere but elegant. Presents much better in the front. Those tall stair wells are a nice touch.
 
This is way under built. These are unnecessary mega-towns, this would be much better as a midrise with more than 6 meagre units given the location.
 
It sits up in the R-zone (R (d1.0)). Definitely not worth it to go after anything more than towns here, unfortunately.

While true, doesn't mean it should be the case. Certianly something more suitable than 4,000sf townhouses would be appropriate.. maybe a small 3-4 storey apartment block or something. At the very least stacked towns. It's an R zone after all.
 
Look how long it's taking to build 6 bloody houses. I'm not sure who's responsible for the hold up but just another reason why affordability has soared. Projects take too bloody long to get off the ground.
 
Nearly as bad as this project along Eastern for only 3 units. Where inevitably all will end up going for the ~$1.5 to 2 million range at this rate.
