2481 Barton Street East: a proposed 17-storey mixed-use residential & retail building designed by SRM Architects for Premier Group Realty (operating as "Barton Street Developments Inc") on the north side of Barton Street East, east of Centennial Parkway in Hamilton's Lakely neighbourhood, walking distance to the future Confederation GO station and the future Eastgate Square LRT terminus.

Totally forgot about this one. I'm glad to see the terminus of the LRT and the train station around Confederation densifying. This area is kind of becoming Hamilton's North York or Midtown Toronto. Although I honestly think this area has far more potential to be a vibrant and interesting place in 30-40 years. Midtown is alright, but North York straight up sucks in urban form. This area will be kind of interesting as it will likely continue to fill with towers and create a secondary Hamilton downtown. If the LRT could just get started already, it would likely jump start a few of these developments into actually starting.
