Agreed. This is G&C. I do not care what the rendering looks like. It will turn out to be a disaster in real life. Bad detailing. Bad use of materials. Bad materials! The project is predestined to be terrible.

There's not one thing that's right in this proposal. The massing is ridiculous, the podium is a joke, the material selection is laughable, the heritage retention is as minimal as you can get, there's no cohesion between basically anything, etc. The list pretty much goes on and on.

G+C is a sad, pathetic excuse of an "architecture" firm.

I've just spent an hour or so fixing the errors caused when the wrong part of the larger site was cleaved off into a new thread. What is in this thread now represents the western portion of the block, still owned by ONE Properties, and still retaining the 245 Queen St E property. The eastern part that was sold to Tricon Residential can now be found in this new thread.
