This will replace a lowrise apartment type building, located on Berkeley Street between Dundas East and Shuter:

I found another rendering image through Google. The architecture here frankly isn't great, but I don't think it's a big deal either. It adds 6 townhouse units on a single lot along a generally tucked away section of a residential side street.

After the return of 828 Shaw to the market, this plot hits the MLS too:

I think market conditions, financing and cost of construction in Toronto make building on these tight infill plots and making a profit almost impossible. Wouldn't be surprised to see more crop up over the next 6-12 months.

Also no way they sell for $5.25m... they're absolutely dreaming!
