From my understanding, the taller 5 storey building in the middle currently hosts different sorts of artists and design studio type usages. Meanwhile, Ubisoft at 224 Wallace remains serving as benchmark for prime time tenant attraction in the West End/Junction Triangle (border line). With also 77 Wade and the upcoming mixed use commercial space on Sterling Road beside MOCA/Tower Automotive, there definitely is a steady rise in creative and alternative employment spaces in the area.
