Odd location. Not sure about the density.

Site was purchased late April this year for 2 200 000$
 
Committee worked to establish a regime of maximum heights that would balance the
need to provide for intensification and a greater scale of development with the desire to
retain the traditional ‘village’ feel of the street and pedestrian conditions.

lol... "traditional village" feel. I'd describe this area as having more of a "traditional freeway off-ramp and run down strip-mall" feel.

I agree, traffic on this part of wilson ave is already like the commuter lane to the 401

How could city planners allow such a high density building that will stop the flow traffic to a
Complete halt during rush hour?
