The balconies may save this building. Those look good.

I like the breaks in the balconies on the podium. Would be nice if they were continued on the tower, particularly the north and south elevations.

For me, this building is the sleeper hit of the year. My expectations were low but it's turning out very well. It deviates nicely from the usual toolkit of parts for new-build condo towers that I'm sure most of us are sick of by now. The precast, grill-like, balcony railings look sharp.
