Lots of likes for this, but I'm getting a serious "parking garage" vibe from this shot.

The renderings show a kink on the south side of the tower (not sure if it’s replicated on the north side), but so far it looks like a perfectly rectangular tower.

The balcony railings are saving this one. With the standard glass that's proliferated everywhere this would have ended up yet another mind numbingly boring tower.

You're right the balconies look really solid it's really going to make the building look nice. But I don't think it's going to go like that all the way around the building ! I believe that some parts will have glass and the rest will look like the front. I hope the the glass part we'll have a a smokey dark black look to it. This will really make the building look sharp.

I actually think the grey aluminum panels look pretty slick in person. They’re full height as are the panels of glass, and they have a very metallic finish.

the white balconies will provide a nice contrast with E condos. Just wish the chevron shape was more pronounced / visible
