Offices on the ground are a nice change to provide a mix of uses, especially at a scale like this. Seems promising.

There are some renders you can pull from here. The Developer is Sacajawea Non-Profit Housing by the way, not Indwell.

Hmm that's actually kinda an interesting use of the "shipping crate" aesthetic that seems to be spreading in parts of hamilton. I like the use of rounded elements. and the designs around the windows - doesn't take much to make something look interesting - but it does take more than just rectangles :)

This is actually a vacant lot almost right at the corner of Gage and Barton, very close to the stadium and a planned future GO station
while people have speculated about a GO station in this area, there has never been any official planning for one. It is not "planned" at all.

Ottawa Street makes more sense if there ever was one

More use cases than a hypothetical Gage station

- Ottawa st business district
- Wal mart and Center mall plaza
- Hypothetical future apartment buildings in center mall plaza lot
- More in the middle of West Harbor and Centenial station

All of those reasons are why a Ottawa st GO station makes more sense
