We have a new proposal for a small site on the south side of Dundas just east of University!

Did they get an LDA with the owner to the east? That site looks to be effectively sterilized by this proposal. The remaining Dundas-fronting lots are only ~1400ft2.

I don't know, but because of the very small footprint of the remaining land out to the corner (less than 1000ft2.) I don't think there is a viable proposal for that chunk of land whether the adjacent wall were blank or not.

Not sure what the change was...........but new plans were submitted here Sept 5th, 2024.

This is literally right beside my work building. Not looking forward to yet another endless construction mess that will cause me nothing but grief.
