SPA submitted in 2020 as 3½-storeys and 16 rental units designed by Cynthia Zahoruk Architects for Caran Developments (operating as "2005002 Ontario Inc") on the southwest corner of Cannon Street East and Cathcart Street in Hamilton's Beasley neighbourhood.
The existing 2-storey, 1885-built, non-designated structure was set to be demolished in 2021, but a fire broke out on the property in July of that year.
